Applicable Scope

JZJHX Roots-sliding vane rotary pump unit is connected by Roots pump as the main pump and rotary lobe pump as the backing pump. This unit is compact in structure and easy to operate. It is used for pumping air and other uncondensable and incorrosive gas, and it is also widely used in all kinds of vacuum systems that require high pumping speed and high vacuum, for example, vacuum refining, electric capacitor, transformer, vacuum soakage and pre-pumping in vacuum coating equipment, etc.
